Non-premium users see advertisements served by Google AdMob. Premium users do not see any ads, and the ad SDK does not request data for them.
To serve ads, AdMob and its partners may process information including your advertising ID (AD_ID), IP address, approximate location derived from IP, device and browser identifiers, app activity (which screens an ad was shown on), and basic device characteristics. If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or a US state with applicable privacy law, on first launch the app shows a consent form managed by Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). The form asks whether you consent to personalized advertising and to the third-party data processing described above.
You can change your ad-personalization choice at any time. Inside the app, open Settings → Help & FAQ → EU Privacy Options to re-open Google's consent form and update your selections. This entry is only displayed in regions where the consent form applies. The choice you make there takes effect on subsequent ad requests.
The in-app Recorder lets you capture your own ambient sound through the device microphone and play it back as part of your sound mix. Recording starts only when you tap the record button on the Recorder screen and only after you grant the microphone permission.
Recordings are saved as .m4a audio files inside the app's own internal storage (filesDir) on your device. Nothing recorded through this feature is uploaded to Decibel Studios, Google, or any third party. You can delete an individual recording from the Recorder screen at any time; uninstalling the app removes every recording along with all other app data.
The app offers in-app purchases (Premium Monthly, Premium Yearly, and Premium Lifetime) through Google Play Billing. All payment processing is handled by Google Play. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information.
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app, we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This may include information such as your device’s IP address, device name, operating system version, configuration of the app, time and date of usage, and other statistics.
This Service does not use cookies explicitly. However, the app may use third-party code and libraries that use cookies to collect information and improve their services. You can choose to accept or refuse these cookies and be notified when a cookie is being sent to your device.
